All prices displayed on MIREIA RATTAN site reflect the product value only. Upon receiving your order request through the website, we will issue a formal invoice outlining:

• Full payment based on the issued invoice is required to reserve production and allocate materials for your selected item.

• Production will commence only after payment has been verified.

• As each order is prepared specifically for you, payment confirms your commitment to proceed.

All items on MIREIA RATTAN are made to order.
Estimated production lead time is 30 to 45 days, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.
Lead time begins after payment confirmation and excludes delivery duration.

While we aim to maintain consistent timelines, production schedules may be influenced by material availability or workshop capacity. If adjustments are necessary, customers will be informed accordingly.

Delivery arrangements are detailed and confirmed within the issued invoice.

Customers may:

• Accept the arranged delivery quoted in the invoice, or

• Arrange their own collection upon agreement.

Once items are handed over to the agreed delivery party or collected by the customer, handling responsibility rests with that party.

Customers are expected to inspect items upon receipt.

Any concerns regarding:

• Visible damage

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect item

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographic documentation and order reference details, including full process of unboxing ordered items video documentation.

Natural material variations are not considered defects.

Due to the made-to-order nature of MIREIA RATTAN collections:

• Orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

• Returns are only considered in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

• If a defect is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

• Return arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.
